Retreats:
In the unlikely event that the organiser cancels the retreat of their own accord, a full refund including the deposit will be given or the payment transferred to a future event as preferred by the customer.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, regardless of the circumstances, fees are non-refundable. However, if the retreat is full and someone on the waitlist takes your place, you may receive a refund minus the deposit.
