Gillie Says: “An hour of yoga with Louise per week has made a very mature lady feel that perhaps she is not so past it after all!” (November, 2013)

Edward says: “I have seen Louise for Holistic Massage for over 10years for my chronic hip and back problems. She is superb.” (November, 2013)

Hana says: “As a young professional, I often feel the effects of a hectic and unbalanced lifestyle. I have suffered with severe migraine since puberty and despite medical intervention, continued to suffer with attacks frequently.

I was recommended Louise through a friend who also suffers with migraine and has shiatsu treatments with her. Louise came to my rescue, coming to my house to treat me during an attack. She immediately put me at ease with her knowledge and sympathetic nature and almost as soon as the shiatsu treatment commenced, I felt a sense of relief from the pain of the attack.  After the initial treatment, I was able to return to work the very next day. Since my first treatment, I have had regular sessions with Louise and look forward to them immensely. Not only have my migraine occurences decreased and become more manageable but Louise has also been able to educate me on the importance of balance in my day to day life. I find she is not only a fantastic practictioner but also a wealth of knowledge and positive energy in my life.

I have also recently been blessed to experience Louise in a yoga enviroment. She is an inspritational teacher and her classes are always varied and challenging. She educates us on each posture and how the practices can have positive effects on both our health and lives.  I always leave her classes feeling positive and recharged.

I cannot recommend Louise enough and would always encourage anyone who is feeling ‘unbalanced’ a session with her! Thank you Louise.” (October, 2013)

KC says: “I was introduced to Louise and Shiatsu  in the summer of 2007 when she was working at a festival. Since then i have continued to have treatments and  her massages have always been something to look forward to. I live a highly stressful life and an hour with Louise does wonders for me. I completely relax and feel at peace.” (November, 2013)

Thomas says: “Since starting Shiatsu sessions with Louise in April, my headaches have dramatically reduced.” (September, 2013)

Michelle says: “Having undertaken pregnancy yoga, Mum & Baby yoga & shiatsu with Louise over the past year, I can highly recommend her classes and one to one sessions.

I started pregnancy yoga at 14 weeks and continued up until my due date. The gentle techniques really helped me keep flexible during pregnancy and the various positions and breathing were invaluable during early labour.  It was reassuring to know that all the techniques were safe in pregnancy and Louise would always try to tailor positions to suit each person’s individual pregnancy difficulties.

The Mum & baby yoga was great fun and a lovely opportunity to bond with your baby.

I can also highly recommend the shiatsu which I have had both in pregnancy and postnatally. Whilst it is primarily to treat my back injury, I have found the sessions very relaxing and again have been reassured by Louise’s training knowing that she understands the limitations pregnancy, childbirth and breast feeding place on your body.” (July, 2013)

I would look forward to having a calm, relaxing and focused time to relieve aches and pains and bond with my baby. I would recommend her classes to anyone looking to do something positive for their body during pregnancy. The breathing techniques were particularly valuable and helped during labour.”  (April 2013)

Becca says: “Fantastic yoga classes suitable right up to the end of pregnancy. Loads of gentle strengthening, toning, and stretching, and wonderful relaxation too. I felt fit, strong and well prepared for birth, and i also met some wonderful ladies in this welcoming class.” (March, 2013)
