Hatha flow for all (online): Tuesdays 8.15-9.15pm Louise teaches a dynamic, yet relaxing practice where we work with synchronised movement and breath to develop strength, flexibility and flow in both mind and body. One to one/small groups live on Zoom:
Louise offers Yoga to small groups and one to one- This can be a great way to strengthen and develop your practice, as the tuition is tailored to your particular level and pace with undivided attention.
These sessions can take place before/after work or during the lunch break. Yoga helps to reduce stress and tension and improve energy levels and concentration. It helps with work related problems such as RSI, back or shoulder tension.
