Spring Awakening Yoga & Lino Print Retreat 23-25th April 2027 ~ Coastal Mid Wales
A nourishing weekend to awaken gently into spring, through movement, creativity, nature connection, rest and community. Set in beautiful, natural surroundings, this retreat is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself and the changing season.

- Accommodation in a peaceful, countryside setting,
- Hatha, restorative yoga, yoga nidra/qi gong sessions in the underfloor heated yurt (suitable for all levels)
- 3hr Lino print workshop with local artist Hannah Doyle
- Mindful waterfall walk

- Delicious homemade, veggie/vegan meals and a lunch out,
